Yeap! my due date was wednesday May 22, 2013 but no sign of Niko trying to come at all!
So thursday I went to work until 3pm, I had my doctor's appointment at 3:50, to be honest I was thinking I was gonna wait until my 41 weeks. My Amazing Doctor ( and I'm not being sarcastic ) didn't want to induced me since my pregnancy was good He wanted to wait until my body gets ready to start labor and at one point I was fine with it, so... I went to my appointment and my blood pressure was extremely high! I have always had a low blood pressure even throughout my pregnancy, so my doctor said He'll induced me friday, the hospital didn't have any rooms available for friday so they made me go to the hospital that same day at 6:30 to be induced. We ran home, well... I stopped at target to buy a nice robed lol then got home, I showered and grab all our backpacks ( Thank Goodness I had everything ready) on our way to the hospital I called my mom and texted some of my friends. 7:30pm they broke my water and I waited waited and waited ... I didn't know what contractions feels like until i was dilated to 5! then I asked for the epidural and I felt asleep, I was so so tired, and super hungry. We waited 16 hours to meet our little one, during those hours I had temperature, Niko was facing up and the doctor tried moving him so those little things didn't helped at all.
Finally after pushing for almost 3 hours at 10:15 am on Friday May 24, 2013 with 7 lbs and 19.5 inches my sweet baby Nikolas showed his cute face and It was the most amazing experience in my entire life!
Yes! i cried and cried and cried and asked if he was fine and asked Robert to keep taking pictures and don't take his eyes away from our baby.
My Mom and my Husband did an amazing job helping me be awake and focused on pushing, my Daddy was up all night long outside my room ( he was scared and didn't anted to see the delivery part)
He came out with a horrible cone head :( because He came out face down
Who have big feet and hands?
Yes! I'm not embarrassed of this pic, you guys are my family and after 16 hours of labor this is how you look like, I promised I had make up on when I got to the hospital lol
I'm so so Thankful for Dr Allen, He's amazing! and the nurse too :)
